All suites are fitted with either two pillow-top double beds, or one pillow-top king bed with luxury linens, and includes exceptional conveniences like safes, CD players, DVD players, Pay-Per-View movies, mini bars, bathrobes, slippers, telephones and flat-screen televisions in the private bedrooms and the living rooms, and private bathrooms with stunning glass surround marble showers, rain shower heads, plush towels, and signature toiletries. For our guests that choose to dine in and enjoy the splendor of their suite, room service is available from our very own Le Petit Café from 7 AM through 9 PM every day. Our plush wheelchair accessible suites are fitted with doorbells, accessible power outlets, and closed caption flat-screen televisions, visual door knockers, a visual alarms, drapery controls with a 36” clear path within reach and lowered wands, hearing and vision impaired equipment, push and twist button light controls, lowered counter heights, and lowered closet bars and shelving. Our check-out time is 12 noon. Late check-out after noon is a full charge of one night’s room and tax.

CANCELLATION POLICY

48 hours

POLICY DETAILS

We have a 48-Hour Cancellation Policy. If you wish to cancel or modify a reservation, you must do so by 3 PM 48-hours or 2 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel or modify post the expiration of the Cancellation Period or you fail to show up, a no-show charge will be levied on your credit card for one full night plus tax. Non-refundable reservations cannot be canceled or modified - total reservation amount will be charged in case of cancellation or no-show. 

Reservations confirmed for 2 or more rooms will require a deposit of 1 night’s room and tax at the time of booking to be held onto the card used to guarantee the reservation.  A refund is applicable when cancellation is made before the 48 hours cancellation policy.  Credit card and card holder used for deposit must be present at the time of check in.  If card is declined for the deposit, reservation will be automatically cancelled without notice.

GUEST PARKING

Valet and Guest self-parking is available for a fee of USD $55 per night, per car.

Terms & Conditions

A valid credit card with EMV Chip and picture ID is required upon check-in. The full payment of room, tax, and parking is taken at the time of check-in. An authorization hold for incidentals will be applied to credit card provided at check-in. Upon check-in, the credit card will be authorized for incidentals, and if account balance exceeds the credit limit, additional funds may be authorized daily. This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Once checked in, no cancellations. All linens are inventoried: missing or damaged linens will be charged.  Any damages to hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment. NO PETS ALLOWED. Guest rooms that have evidence of pet dander and/or odor will be charged a non-refundable fee for deep cleaning services. Any damages to hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment. This is a NON-SMOKING facility. Guest acknowledges that smoking is not allowed in a guest room or within hotel facility. If anyone in guest's party smokes in the guest room, guest hereby expressly authorizes hotel management to charge credit card the amount to reimburse the property for the additional cost of cleaning guest room. If your reservation has been paid in advance or you elect to pay by cash, a security deposit via credit card will be required upon check-in and will be charged in the event that damages outlined herein occur. The hotel takes a credit preauthorization but does not accept cash deposits.
